If you are interested in babywearing, are a seasoned babywearer, want to learn more about the many types of carriers available or would like to try on carriers and learn to use them before you buy/make them then we'd be happy to meet you at one of our meetings!

Company Overview 

Babywearing International Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote babywearing as a universally accepted practice, with benefits for both child and caregiver, through education and support. Meetings are led by Volunteer Babywearing Educators and are open to the public.

Our Goals and Objectives are fairly simple:

1. To provide information about the benefits of babywearing for children and caregivers. 
2. To foster the creation of a global network of peer educators to support and encourage those interested in babywearing. 
3. To provide the highest standard of education about the types of carriers and their proper usage....See More General Information
4. To promote Babywearing International which supports our local chapter as well as the mission and outreach of BWI Inc. 

An annual membership is $30 and includes access to the BWI of Middle Tennessee lending library. The lending library has all different types of carriers and we're happy to educate you on any of them!
